Alyth Family History Project (FHP) was set up primarily to save and protect local history for today and future generations to enjoy.

Open in Alyth Parish Church on Sundays between Easter and Remembrance there is a computer to search for long lost relatives, or just enjoy remembering faces from the past.
The project is run by volunteers and no computer experience is necessary to search the archive. There is also a microfilm viewer showing Old Parish Records dated 1623-1854. The lair details for the local cemetery have been recorded and matched to headstone photographs (over 1700 lair details, recording over 6000 burials). Photographs from the old Arches graveyard are also available.
